Tracking Cessation Stats in Nightingale

Hi everyone, I am looking to connect with any of you using the AOHC version of Nightingale if you are capturing statistics on smoking cessation. Our clinic is looking at trying to track reportable numbers such as smoking status, level of intervention offered, # of cigarettes/day, type of tobacco use etc. We do not have in-house IT support so I am hoping to get tips on how to do this by a non-IT expert (myself ;-) Thanks in advance for any support. Cessation templates query

Hi everyone, I work as the dietitian in the Anishnawbe Mushkiki Nurse Practitioner Led Clinic in Thunder Bay, and I am the lead for our smoking cessation program. I am trying to develop internal templates for use in our EMR (Nightengale), for both initial brief encounters and also for smoking cessation follow up encounters (follow up on progress of quit). This is to establish consistency with following the RNAO BPGs. I would be very appreciative if anyone has forms or templates they would be willing to share. Thanks in advance, Kathleen
